In addition to teaching at The Mesivta, Daniel Imaizumi has been teaching Physics in the Lower Merion School District for 7 years and has taught Physics and Math at all levels for 14 years in various locations around the world. At Lower Merion, he has received several grants, one for the development of a flipped class web application in mathematics while another most recently for funding alternative energy research projects among AP students. Daniel’s inspiration for teaching began with the Peace Corps where he taught in the Cape Verde Islands in West Africa. He received his BA in Physics at New College, the Honors College of Florida, received his licensure at the University of Virginia, and an MSEd from Temple University.
